After establishing a strong presence in Finland, we are now expanding into the Norwegian market and are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead our entry and growth in Norway.
Role Overview:
As our Sales and Business Development Manager in Norway, you will be the driving force behind our market entry and expansion. You will be responsible for developing and executing our go-to-market strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships with key clients. This is a unique opportunity to shape our growth in Norway and play a pivotal role in our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute our market entry strategy for Norway, targeting key industries and businesses that can benefit from our PSA solutions.
- Identify, approach, and engage potential clients, showcasing the value of our SaaS product and how it can address their specific needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders across various industries.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Work closely with our Finland-based teams to ensure alignment on strategies, goals, and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in Norway.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and customer needs to help refine our product offerings and go-to-market strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the SaaS or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the Norwegian market and relevant industries.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful market entry and growth strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Norwegian and English.
